- Manual Entry: Add bookings manually via admin dashboard for phone-in clients.
- Managed Maintenance: Security patches, core updates, and automated backups.
Excluded / Billed Separately:
- Custom branding or logo integration.
- Status workflows (e.g., “In Transit”, “Delivered”).
- Pricing changes after initial setup.
Standard Package – R1,200 / month
For growing courier companies needing active status management and flexible rates.

- Everything in the Basic Package.
- Advanced Mobile Workflow: Use the Mobile App to update custom statuses on the move.
- Province-Based Pricing: Ongoing adjustments to your regional price tables.
- Size & Weight Logic: Tiered pricing based on parcel dimensions/volumetric weight.
- Status Workflows: Custom triggers (e.g., Pickup Scheduled, In Transit, Delivered).

- Third-party Courier API integrations.

Pro Package – R1,800 / month
For established courier businesses requiring automation and advanced reporting.
Included:
- Everything in the Standard Package.
- Courier API Integration: Connect with selected courier partners (see Notes).
- Tracking Dashboard: Advanced customer-facing portal to search and filter bookings.
- Custom Exports: One-click CSV/PDF exports for manifests and invoicing.
- SLA Support: Guaranteed response times for business-critical issues.
- Advanced Templates: Fully branded HTML email notifications.
Excluded / Billed Separately:
- SMS gateway costs.
- Accounting/ERP system integrations.
Setup & Technical Notes
Once-off Setup Fee: R5,000 – R12,000 (Final cost based on branding, pricing complexity, and data migration requirements.)
- Hosting Policy: To ensure system stability and security, this platform is hosted exclusively on our managed servers. We do not support third-party hosting environments.
- API Integrations: While the Pro package includes API connectivity, any new third-party courier integrations not currently in our library require a separate discovery and development fee.
- Mobile App: Admin and Driver functionality is provided via the official WooCommerce Mobile App. Usage is subject to app store compatibility and a valid site connection.
- Liability Limitation: As this is a managed service, we handle all technical upkeep. However, the service provider is not liable for any loss of business or revenue resulting from server downtime, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures.
- Service Continuity: A monthly subscription is mandatory. If a subscription is canceled, system access and the hosted website will be suspended.
